Q. How do I get started with my new subscription?

A. We suggest that you start by reviewing all of the welcome information in your e-mail. After that just wait for the next communication to come from your editor.

Q. I am a new subscriber and I read about a trade that was recommended before I subscribed. Should I follow it?

A. Prices and profit potential change quickly. It’s likely that the market has moved on. It’s probably best that you wait for the editor’s next  recommendations.

Q. I am very busy during the day and can’t be by my computer all day. Is there anything I can do to make sure I am not missing trades?

A. YES! With our active trading services we can set you up with a voice alert to whatever phone number you designate or a text alert to your cell phone or both.

You can activate these alerts by calling Customer Care at 800-291-8545 or you can go to the website, weissresearchissues.com and log in.

Then, simply click on the tab at the top of the page that says “Account Information” and fill in your information.

The next time — and every time — a recommendation is issued, you’ll be notified by phone!

Q. I missed a trade from two or more days ago. What should I do?

Weiss Research Issues

A. Again:  Prices and profit potential change rapidly — so if you occasionally miss a trade for whatever reason, it’s probably best to just let it pass.

Q. Can I change my address and other information online?

A. Absolutely! Simply go to weissresearchissues.com and log in. Click on “Account Information” and you can go in and make changes.

Q. I’m not going to be able to invest for a while. What should I do about my subscriptions?

A. Many of our subscribers choose to keep their subscriptions active even when they aren’t trading so they can keep abreast of the editor’s recommendations, thoughts and views on the markets. This is entirely up to you. If you would like to suspend your subscription while you’re doing other things, we can certainly do so, then re-activate it for you when you are ready. Just call Customer Care at 800-291-8545 and one of our Customer Care representatives will take care of this for you.

Weiss Research Issues

Q. I subscribe to several of your services and sometimes I can’t keep track of everything. Any suggestions?

A. No problem. Simply log in to the website where you can look at the list of publications along the left side of the page. You are subscribed to the ones that have a check mark beside them.

Q. I have a question for an editor. How do I get in contact with him/her?

A. The best way to submit a question is through the editor’s mailbag. Although the editors are too busy to respond to every e-mail individually they will often address your question in a future issue or it may even show up in the FAQ section of the website.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

A. Simply call our Customer Care team at 800-291-8545. We’re standing by during regular business hours to help you in any way we can.

Q. I have an open position that is now cheaper than when I purchased it. Should I add more shares?

A. Our suggestion would be to only add shares if the editor instructs you to.

Q. I have some investments that I have owned for awhile and I don’t know what to do with them. Can I send my portfolio information for someone to tell me what to do with my existing positions?

A. We appreciate your confidence in us, but recommend that you consult with your personal financial advisor on questions of this nature. Weiss Research’s specialty is in offering general investment analysis and recommendations; not personalized investment advice.

Q. I followed one of your recommendations to buy something and somehow I missed the sell recommendation. What should I do?

A. Our editors select the exit points for each trade carefully. If you miss a sell signal, you’ll need to make your own decision carefully — if necessary, with advice from your personal financial advisor.

Q. Why can’t I download my bonuses or the newsletters?

A. The most common reason is not having the most recent version of Adobe Reader downloaded on your computer. This is easy to fix. Just go to www.adobe.com and download the most recent version. It’s free!

Q. Why do I have trouble with your videos?

A. It depends on what kind of trouble you are having. Always make sure your speakers are turned on. If the video won’t start playing make sure you have the most recent Adobe Flash Player downloaded. You can check that by using the free download at www.adobe.com. Lack of bandwidth can also be a problem as you will need a broadband connection to view the videos.

Q. When are the monthly newsletters published?

A. It varies depending on the publication. Here is the schedule:
Safe Money Report comes out on the first Friday of every month.
Real Wealth Report comes out on the third Friday of every month.
Freedom & Prosperity Letter comes out on the 2nd Friday of every month.

Q. How do I change my login information?

A. Simply go to weissresearchissues.com and log in with your current information. Click on “Account Information” at the top of the page and make your changes.
