All contests are open to current and past subscribers of any Weiss Research publication, except for employees, agents, subsidiaries, their immediate families, household members and affiliates of Weiss Research, Inc. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All prizes are subject to, and the Winners are fully responsible for federal, state and local income taxes. Weiss Research, Inc. has no responsibility for the payment of any taxes associated with the prizes. All prizes are awarded “as is.” Gifts are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged. Proper identification must be presented to claim prize. Winners will be asked to fill out a Winner’s Affidavit and Release. All entry blanks, forms, devices and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, gathered during the course of entry, shall become the sole property of Weiss Research, Inc. to be used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of the company. Weiss Research, Inc. reserves the right to end a contest at any time without any advance notice. Winner need not be present to win and will be contacted on or before 01/15/2012. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for Weiss Research, Inc. to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contest and events at the sole discretion of Weiss Research, Inc., as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes by fraudulent means. The Grand Prize has a retail value of $2,500.00 and will be presented in the form of a gift certificate on Royal Caribbean, redeemable from anywhere in the continental U.S. where Royal Caribbean conducts its business. Gift Certificate is valid for one (1) year after issued by Royal Caribbean. Winner is responsible for making all cruise reservations directly through Royal Caribbean and is responsible for all necessary documentation such as a valid passport. Travel costs and any other costs associated with the fulfillment of the grand prize are the responsibility of the prize winner and not the responsibility of Weiss. This includes all expenses required to redeem the grand prize not limited to: Hotel accommodations, airline tickets, travel insurance, income tax based on prize value, ground transportation, any expenses incurred while in port, gratuities and any other cost associated with such prize. Payment of any additional federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Weiss retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
