Weiss Treasury Only Money Market Fund

Sharon A. Daniels | Monday, October 20, 2008 at 3:00 pm

Sharon A. Daniels
Sharon A. Daniels, President
Weiss Capital Securities, Inc.

I just wanted to make sure you’re aware that the Weiss Treasury Only Money Market Fund is available for your immediate investment to accomplish two goals we feel are very urgent:

First — Capital Preservation: The Fund invests almost exclusively in short-term U.S. Treasury securities and the equivalent, the highest-rated investments in the world.

Second — Immediate Access: When you open your account, you automatically get unlimited free checking for any amount over $50 per check. You can also have your funds wired or you can set up automatic monthly withdrawals.

Plus, just one single Treasury Only Money Market account can be used for virtually all of your cash needs. It can be your savings account, your checking account and your investment account, all rolled into one.

And no matter how small or large, there is no limit to the direct backing provided by the U.S. Treasury Department on the Treasury securities this fund buys.

As you may have seen recently, it is possible to suffer a loss of principal in any money market fund. That’s another reason why our fund invests in Treasury securities, which enjoy the full-faith and credit backing of the U.S. Treasury, without limitation.

To get started immediately, here’s what to do:

Step 1: Go to our website, www.weissfund.com.

Step 2: In the right hand column, under DOWNLOADS, click on the first item, The Weiss Fund Prospectus, and be sure to read it carefully.

Step 3: Download the second item, New Regular Account Application. (If you’re using an IRA, select the third item instead.)

Step 4: For your unlimited free checking, also download the Signature Card.

Step 5: Fill out the application and signature card, and return it as soon as you can. Don’t forget to sign the application and enclose your first deposit check*, payable to The Weiss Fund.

Step 6: Mail your materials to:

The Weiss Fund
C/O PFPC
PO Box 9833
Providence, RI 02940

Or, if you’re in a hurry, and you want to wire the funds, just overnight the application and signature card to:

The Weiss Fund
C/O PFPC
101 Sabin Street
Pawtucket, RI 02860-1427

We’ll process your application and call you with your account number and the wiring instructions.

Best wishes,

Sharon A. Daniels
